Preparations
On the day of your treatment make sure your skin is clean. Do not apply any lotions, creams, or makeup before your session, and stop using any products that might irritate your skin 2-3 days before, including retinols, vitamin C etc. You must also avoid tanning, including with self-tanners. You may be advised to shave, the area before your treatment. Each stage feels slightly different and all are well tolerated. The Photo Facial treatment may feel like a light snap against your skin. The anti-aging treatment will be warm, and most patients consider it very comfortable and quite relaxing. The skin resurfacing treatment feels like warm pricks on the skin.
After the treatment the skin will be red and will feel and look like a sunburn which can last for up to 24 hours, you may also experience some mild swelling for 24-48 hours. You must not apply anything to the skin for 24 hours including makeup. Avoid heat and touching the face and working out for a day. You can resume normal activities in 24 hours but do avoid active face products for 1 week.

The procedure
